DMCA

Temp-Mail1.xyz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our temporary/disposable email service to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond promptly to valid notices of claimed copyright infringement.

If you believe that content accessible through or related to temp-mail1.xyz infringes your copyright, please submit a written DMCA takedown notice that substantially complies with 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

How to send us a notice

Email us at:
support@temp-mail1.xyz
(Subject line suggestion: “DMCA Takedown Notice”)

Please include all of the following so we can act quickly:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature (or just type your full name if sending by email).
  2. A clear description of the copyrighted work you own (or a representative list if there are several).
  3. Exactly where the infringing material is (the full URL(s) on temp-mail1.xyz, or any other details that help us find it).
  4. Your contact info – name, address, phone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you genuinely believe the use of the material isn’t authorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that everything in your notice is accurate, and that you’re authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner (this part is under penalty of perjury).

If anything important is missing, we may not be able to process the notice right away.

What we do when we get a valid notice

We’ll review it as soon as possible. If it looks valid, we’ll remove or disable access to the material. We’ll also try to let the person who posted it know (as far as we can, given that this is a temporary email service).

Counter-notice (if you think something was removed by mistake)

If your content got taken down and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notification. Include:

  • Your signature
  • Description of the material that was removed and where it was
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal courts in your area (or where we can be found) and that you’ll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

Send it to the same email: support@temp-mail1.xyz

Repeat infringers

We reserve the right to permanently block users who keep infringing copyrights.

One important note

Knowingly sending a false DMCA notice (or a false counter-notice) can get you into legal trouble, including possible damages and attorney fees. Please only send notices you’re sure about.
